This piece by former Escondido City Council Member Dick Daniels pretty much sums up where we are now and what to expect next from SITR and the Country Club issue.
What is not addressed is will the remaining shrubs and trees be allowed to just die? Where are all the tree huggers when you need them? http://www.sddt.com/News/article.cfm?SourceCode=20130819tzb People are rightly outraged in Billings Montana after a Judge suspends a 15 year sentence for a former teacher who raped one of his students (at 14 years of age, she was too young to offer consent).
It took three years to get justice for the teenager who committed suicide, but the Judge overruled and suspended the teachers sentence, suggesting that the young girl was as much to blame as the teacher! Now the Judge is acting contrite, but it is symptomatic of the stench coming from the bench lately. I guess the Obama Administration needs to study the website of one of it's Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees (DHS) that calls for murdering white people, because instead of terminating him, they gave him a paid vacation while they 'looked into' his activities. The man is in charge of buying weapons and ammunition for the government!
It's not enough that the website calls for the murder of the President (because he is not 100% black), but it also claims there is a race "War On the Horizon." http://rt.com/usa/homeland-security-racist-site-068/ A Montana Judge insults your intelligence and demonstrates his ignorance when he 'forgives' a teacher who molested his 14 year-old student. He says the girl acted much older than she was....This judge should be suspended and investigated for malfeasance. What is happening to our judicial system?
Oh, by the way, the now 17-year old recently committed suicide. Nice going Judge! http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/billings-judge-gives-stacey-rambold-former-high-school-teacher-30-days-for-statutory-rape/2013/08/28/5f1d4f26-1019-11e3-bdf6-e4fc677d94a1_story.html |
